Here we are with the wine maker....Amand...I like to call him, Andy....I'm terrible with names! Anyway, he was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and accommodating. I wish John could spend a day with him at the winery.

Took a taste of one of these olives...whoa....what a bitter taste. I didn't expect this. The olive trees will be harvested next week.
